Social Responsibilities
At FreeSystems Technology, we are dedicated to creating long-term social impact in the communities we serve. Our social responsibility initiatives are a core part of who we are as a company. We believe that our success is linked to the success of our community. Therefore we invest in education, healthcare and sustainable agriculture practices to improve the standard of living of the locals. Together, we can contribute to the growth and progress of our region.
01
Diversity & Inclusion
As part of our global strategy, we need Africans to be self-reliant. Our hiring policy includes training programs for the locals. We offer equal opportunity to all.
02
Re-Investment
As we conduct business in a country, we feel it is our moral responsibility to give back to the people, especially the youth.
Agriculture, Education and Health are the three areas FreeSystems Technology focuses on. We are purchasing better farming equipment and will educate farmers on their use.
For healthcare, we partnered with a US start-up software company that is developing a Microsoft Azure cloud based, cross-platform application suite, pCAT.
The rise of deadly viruses, such as the Covid-19, has made it imperative that governments employ an enterprise solution to identify, track and contain the spread of an infection. More importantly, the solution must accomplish all this in real time! pCAT is that solution.
03
Education
We have teamed up with a U.S non-profit, Impowerment Group, to teach financial literacy and computer programming. The organization provide all their services for free via the internet. They employ only financial and technical experts with a track record in their field of study. The students learn from some of the best and most experienced.
Learning to code is critical in this internet age and any nation without a strong tech foundation will be left behind. FreeSystems Technology, with the assistance of the Impowerment Group, are going to make some positive changes.
In addition, free education about best farming practices will be taught to the local farmers so they get a better and healthier crop which leads to a better financial future for their families.
